Michelle brings a dynamic and multifaceted approach to the company’s management. With an academic foundation in international relations and finance, she ventured into the stock and real estate investment markets, gaining valuable expertise. Today, Michelle excels in art management and the gallery business, where she curates and oversees a variety of exhibitions and events. As an accomplished collector of contemporary art, she is widely recognized for her exceptional ability to identify emerging talent and art pieces with high investment potential.

Dana Smirnov

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Dana brings over 20 years of global expertise in investment banking, corporate management, and private wealth management. With a strong background in multi-family office leadership, she excels in developing and executing financial strategies across diverse asset classes, optimizing asset allocation, identifying investment opportunities, and delivering tailored, world-class solutions to clients. Dana’s strategic vision consistently aligns team efforts with organizational goals, driving exceptional outcomes. Dana holds an MBA from IESE, and an Executive certification in Family Office Wealth Management from Harvard Business School.

Yana Ahn

LEGAL ADVISOR

Yana is a distinguished lawyer with a Master’s degree from the University of Turin and an LLM in International Trade Law and Dispute Resolution. With extensive experience at leading European law firms and investment consulting firms, she has advised on advising on large-scale transactions and high-profile clients. Specializing in corporate law and mergers and acquisitions, Yana brings exceptional expertise and a strategic mindset to navigate complex legal and business challenges, delivering seamless and effective solutions for clients and stakeholders.
